Knee & joint physiotherapy in Hyderabad
Individual physiotherapy assessment for knee, shoulder and other joint concerns. Contact Vijaya to discuss your needs and arrange a clinic appointment.
What you can discuss with us
- Knee and joint pain
- Shoulder stiffness
- Arthritis-related mobility concerns
Your first appointment
Tell the team about your pain, stiffness and any difficulty with walking, stairs or reaching. Your physiotherapist will explain the proposed next steps after assessing you.
A plan shaped around you
Care begins with an individual assessment. The team can discuss treatment, guided exercises and follow-up appointments according to your needs.
Focus on everyday tasks
Joint concerns are often easiest to explain through everyday examples. Tell your physiotherapist if you find stairs, getting out of a chair, walking outdoors or reaching overhead difficult. Explain which joint is involved, whether the problem affects one or both sides and what you would like to do more comfortably.
Preparing for a joint assessment
Bring any existing reports and describe previous injuries, operations or treatment. Let the team know about mobility aids you use and whether you need assistance getting to the clinic. Mention any medical instructions that apply to your activity so these can be discussed during the assessment.
Discussing follow-up care
Ask how your plan relates to the movements that matter to you. You can also discuss what to record between visits, when the plan will be reviewed and how to contact the team if you have difficulty following an exercise. The plan should be discussed after assessment rather than chosen from a standard package.
